SHIPPING AND HANDLING: Thanks to the USPS, e-retailers now have access to well-made, free boxes and flat rate Priority mail envelopes for small shipments, and I'm happy to pass that savings onto you -- for handling I'll simply 'round up' to the nearest dollar. However, on large and fragile items, I purchase my own, top-quality packing materials, and I must cover those costs-- from $1 to $3 handling. On international shipments I charge from $1 to $10 handling, depending upon the cost of packing materials and the PayPal cross-border surcharge. My fine merchandise deserves TLC, so I've learned to be a superb packer! RETURN POLICY: If you feel that an item you have purchased from me item has been misrepresented in its listing, you may return it, UNUSED and in orignal condition, for refund of purchase price (not shipping.) But please, email me with any questions or concerns before you buy or return. I've never known a problem that could not be resolved through direct communication and mutual good will. PAYMENT: Payment within 48 hours is expected, unless you contact me for other arrangements. Sales tax will be collected on all shipments within New York State unless you can provide resale certificate.
